Yes! All your health data stays on your device and syncs via your private iCloud account. We use end-to-end encryption and never sell your data to third parties.

How do I enable HealthKit integration?

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Lighthouse and grant the permissions you’re comfortable with. You can always adjust these later.

Can Lighthouse diagnose mental health conditions?

No. Lighthouse is a tracking and awareness tool, not a diagnostic tool. The PHQ-9 and GAD-7 assessments are screening tools that can help you and your healthcare provider discuss your mental health, but they are not medical diagnoses.

How do I sync my data across devices?

Make sure you’re signed into the same iCloud account on all devices. Lighthouse uses iCloud sync to keep your data up to date everywhere.
